Hey y'all employee I think his name is Antonio did SUPER job today I lost my keys to my Public Storage unit. . there locks are good strong locks... Antonio removed the lock quickly and easy ..he new what he was doing MAN does disk lock I think that what they are call are the best I have use THANKS ANTONIO.. TX DOT is expanding I35 Thur and I need to be out by February 23 thanks again

It?s not about the money?it?s about honesty and integrity, which, in my experience with this company, were completely lacking. While they may do good work as locksmiths, I cannot recommend them for tire service or anything requiring trust and transparency. Advice to the company: Be honest with your pricing, especially when a customer asks for it upfront. Taking advantage of people during stressful situations is not good business practice

I felt over charged. And I would not go back to them . They said 100$ to unlock my car door. When they got there because I was using a debit card it 50$ . All together it was 150$

Terrible work, terrible customer service. Paid to have a deadbolt installed on a brand-new door. They cut the deadbolt in off-center and slanted so much the bevel on the door was damaged. Screws were stripped out and not fully sunk. Zero attempt at cleaning up. Floor was completely covered in wood shavings. Dust all over the door and hardware. Literally, zero attempt to clean up after themselves, at all. Owner (Tony?) seemed disinterested, no follow up or attempt to make it right. Ghosted me. Beware.

They tell you it is going to be a low price to get you to do it and then they charge a high price .they did get me a new fob but it do not work like it should I would never use them again
