Similar to other reviews, Tony scammed me out of $500 without completing any work. I hired him to repair some brick on my siding. He quoted $1,000, with a $500 deposit up front. He seemed nice at first (same with the other reviews). When he scheduled the date to do the work, he came up with an excuse that his dog was sick. Then he cancelled again because he broke his tooth. This went on 5 more times of rescheduling then canceling. After almost a year, I asked for my money back. He said he would not refund me, and used abusive language and profanity. Tony is a criminal and a fraudulent contractor. Do not hire him, read the reviews that say the same thing.

Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
$700
I found Tony from Home Advisor. I contacted him about installing 5 interior doors in my finished basement and he said he could do it no problem for about $550. He said he would be at my house the following Monday at 8am. I took off of work for that Monday and Tony texted me that morning to tell me he could not come because it was raining hard (I have the text messages). Tony texted that he would be at my house early the next day on Tuesday, so once again I took off of work to be home and he did not show up until noon (came with his wife). We discussed the doors that needed to be installed (5 brand new painted doors with Jams) and some other projects that I possibly would want done, which Tony said he could do. So I let him get to work and I went upstairs. Tony came upstairs after about 3-4 hours to let me know he was done for the day and I went to see his work. I took a quick glance and saw that the door Jams were up, but noticed that the door jams were not flush and properly wedged. Tony said he would take care of aligning the door jams the next day as it was all part of the process. Tony seemed like a nice guy so I paid him the $550 cash upfront. I figured Tony and his wife could use the money now and I trusted him to finish. Tony said he would be back early the next day (Wed). I take off of work for the next day (Wednesday) and he shows up at 1pm... Tony said he had to check on another project. So Tony goes downstairs to work and comes back up after 30 minutes to show me that he broke a piece of the door saying it was defective and then he had to leave for another project. Tony said he would back early the next day on Thursday early, so I take off of work again and again that morning I receive a text from Tony telling me he cannot come because he has food poisoning or something and that he will be at my house on Friday early (I have this all on text). I cannot take off of work anymore, so my wife took off of work to stay home and once again I receive a text message from Tony telling me that a client of his has an emergency and he cannot come over until later on that night. So at this point I had enough of his excuses and I demanded he get over to the house and finish the job. So Tony comes over around 1pm and stays till about 6pm and tells me he is finished. I go downstairs to check the work and the doors are put in crooked, won't properly close, the painted door jams are all scratched up as he used a saw to cut the wedges from the door jam instead of utility knife and snapping them. The doors were a mess. Tony said he would be back early Saturday morning to correct what was wrong and reluctantly I agreed, but as the night went on and I continued to think about all of excuses, being late and bad work, I decided to text him and tell him to give me back $350 of the $550 I gave him and I will get someone else to finish. Tony text me back stating that he refused to give any money back and he cannot help it if my house is a piece of ... that doors do not properly fit. My house is over 650k... (Once again I have this all on Text messages still).. As of now, I am filing a small claims suit against Tony and with the pictures of the bad work and text messages from Tony, it should not be a hard case to prove. Just trying to track down an accurate address to have his summons sent to since he moved from his Milwaukee address.

Lots of excuses as to why they started the project late. When they finally do show up its more excuses and did not show up at all on some days and other days may be put in three hours of work. Tony is a nice enough person when he is trying to get your business but after that its Poor customer service, poor communication even threatening at times in his communication. Overall my impression he is disorganized and not professional enough to handle multiple jobs at once and do a good job. If he would do the job himself and focus on one thing at a time he could possibly have a good result. His **crew** does not seem to have the same **skill** and therefore the work is not done to expectation unless he is present.

Tony's Touch was AWESOME and extremely professional in assembling a 15 ft. outdoor trampoline. They arrived on time and got right to work on assembly. They were respectful of my property and my family. They even offered to haul off our packaging. One of my biggest concerns was safety when my trampoline was assembled. I felt like Tony's Touch assembled it like they were assembling it for their own children. I feel perfectly safe with my children jumping on the trampoline. The project was completed thoroughly and with care. We will be hiring them for future home improvement and maintenance needs.
