A real great choice for me...emails and phone calls were answered almost immediately by a nice person with good customer service...job was done with no hassles ...estimate was dead on...electrician was great,skilled, fast with a wonderful attitude (even in over a 100 degree heat!!!) He took me thru a walk thru before he left..so I had full convidance in the job done...I'll recommend then and will use them again

They charge about $170-$180 per hr for labor!!! Both quality and customer service were very good. Hire a handy man instead.

We not only quoted the job for you before hand during your complimentary in home estimate in which you were aware of our pricing before you hired us. Our hourly rate is $85/hour, comparable to industry standards. If you were that unhappy with our pricing we do wish you would have said something prior to approving our estimate and hiring us to complete the work. There were no ceiling outlets or switches for ceiling fans in our house. They spent the whole day installing the wiring, outlets, switches and 5 ceiling fans. What a difference they made in the house.

Brad had a great personality. Receptionist on phone was very nice and got me scheduled in 24hrs. I rated low for price I thought 165. Was high for 1 hr. But I was aware of price before hand. Did not add to favorites as I am moving out of town

Top Choice is a awesome company. They came out to install a brand new proch light and switch setup off my Master Bedroom. I asked them if they can just install my other fixture swap out at my dining room slider and they did and did not charge me since it was a quick 5 min swap and they were onsite and I had the part already. The service guys are friendly and courteous and Top Choice is all around a awesome company. The service guys did such an awesome job that when the inspector came out to check the work since I had to pull permits, that the electric passed inspection on first walk through

**Please read the last section of review** Jeremy & Luis were professional and efficient at completing the 3 tasks we had on our list. They cleaned up completely after their work was done. I absolutely recommend Top Choice Electrical! If we need electric work in the future, we will definitely call them for the job! As a follow-up, after the patio ceiling fan was repaired & the weather got hotter, we noticed the fan was going in the "winter" direction, not the same as it was originally. My husband tried to reverse it using the switch on the fan housing but the fan wouldn't turn on. I asked that Top Choice return to evaluate the problem, since this was the directly related to the repair they had done. I was told that they could come but if it turned out to be something not related to the original repair, there would be a service charge (I believe it was $125), more than I felt comfortable paying. And how could I be sure if they said it wasn't related? I ended up hiring someone else for the job and will not use Top Choice in the future.

"Hi Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to update your review. We are aware of the call you are referring to. Top Choice Electric does not warranty customer provided materials of any kind as stated on all quotes and invoices. The item you had called about was a previously installed patio fan (not installed by Top Choice Electric). Yes, we were hired to troubleshoot a patio fan in February, and upon competition of the troubleshoot the fan was in working order, confirmed per your signature. In April you contacted our office stating the fan was rotating in "winter mode". Our office verbally walked you through the process on how to switch the fan to "summer mode". The office then offered to send an electrician out on a service call; however, being that Top Choice does not offer warranties on customer provided materials, such as your homes previously installed ceiling fan, the office informed you of our service call fee so you would not be alarmed if the work was not covered under warranty. The service call was declined. I do hope in the future you give us another chance as we are a family owned business that takes pride in our customer service and workmanship."
