It's been over a year since we had our project completed. The subcontractors got paint all over our decorative rocks, and when I show this to the owner he said he would be back the next day to replace those rocks and to this day he has not replaced them.

Top choice is completely unorganized. Full payment of $600 was made on 3/17/17 with a completion date stated as "a few weeks". This included the mounting of a security door and a top counter for a half wall. After one month, I initiated a call to them, of which no knowledge of my project was known. I received a call back with a statement of the same job order now being on file. A series of home visits occurred over a 2 month period was conducted. The security door was installed, While the half wall job remained ongoing. This involved a measurement visit, a installment visit and removal of the same installment. Numerous phone calls were made by both parties. Further agreements and assurances were given by top choice to complete the job of the half wall counter top. Only phone calls continued, mainly by me and some on their part to schedule completion. Top Choice assured me that the job would be finished But currently the half wall remains undone. Phone contact continued as the job was left unfinished. The last phone contact was in the June 2017 time frame, At which time I requested a refund of $300 for the work that was not finished. My reply was that this would be looked into. To date 9/5/17, There has been no refund returned nor phone contact conducted. My efforts to be flexible and reasonable have been exhausted, dealing with this company.

This company needs to keep in touch with client more, I had to call several times to find out when they were going to continue the projects that I hired them for.

Top Choice Home Services was willing to do anything that I asked. I made multiple changes to the original work order and they agreed to every one. I plan to use them next year for another remodeling project I have planned.

Due to their schedule, the crew had to come the next morning. The new gate looks really good.

I hired this company in March 2017 to complete two small fencing problems due to a storm. One was completed but I was left with a broken fence board that no one came to replace. It's July 2017, and the second project hasn't even started. The owner, Jay, keeps telling that people will be there at the "end of the week," but no one comes. He told me that he's look over my contract and get back to me - well I'm still waiting. I've had to hire another company to finish the job. He fired most of his employees and is starting over. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They don't finish what they start. Remove them from Home Advisor!!

Not happy with these guys at all. Problems the whole way. Tried getting money back from them and it was a nightmare! Work is still not done all the way and it's been 6 weeks! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Due to our circumstances the crew made a special effort to get the job up and running, for which we are quite grateful. The crew did a fantastic job and we really enjoyed our friendly banter with them. I would honestly recommend Top Choice Home Services - they are the best!

I was very disappointed to find that the work performed by this contractor did not pass inspection by the City. In fact, I was told they didn't pull a permit (which I now have to do.) I found that they were not very responsive to my calls to come back and fix the work they left. I've never had to do this before.

I hired Top Choice to to replace damaged trim and paint my house. They responded quickly to my request and provided a complete and comprehensive estimate with start dates. They even helped me pick the colors for my house. The work was completed quickly and with excellent quality. My house looks awesome. I would definitely hire them again.

Company did not complete this project adequately. Even the projected manager stated: " I did not expect this" when he came out to inspect and collect remaining balance. I brought in someone else to finish the project to satisfaction, since I was not re-contacted by the PM in a timely manner to tell me when someone would be out to complete the project correctly. I offered to re-negotiate the terms with management/ownership to see how much, if any of the remaining balance ($ 100.00) they will attempt to collect. It should also be noted that this was a very small project in comparison to most industry standards, the contract was signed 03-28-17 and a month later the work had still not been done. Very sad.

Jay and his crew did a great job on all of our repairs. They repaired our wood fence, replaced and exterior door and replaced damaged siding, including painting the entire exterior. Jay went above and beyond to help us at a tough time.

They really went out of their way to help us. All things considered, they didn't have to, but did every thing one could ever hope for. Thank you Laci and Jay, really helped us out.
