I would never ask them to come back because I was on the schedule for a day to clean and the last minute cancel. The owner said he would call back and schedule a day to come back to response.

A wonderful experience from first contact to first clean. The owner contacted me thru email the same day I emailed them. I had emailed all 3 of the top recommendations and Top Clean was the only one to contact me (on a weekend!). The owner came for a ten minute walk-thru, took notes about what needed to be cleaned and what didn't (our basement needs to be cleaned out before it can be cleaned), and told us a little bit about his company. He is a good christian man who employs mostly husband and wife teams, who did an excellent job with our first cleaning! We were very pleased!
