We were pleased with the prompt replies to our request for information, price quotes and scheduling. It was a very hot and sunny day and we had a lot of windows (approx. 30) to be washed inside and out including the storm windows. Over half of these windows were double hung windows with 12 over 12 panes. Windows cleaned towards the end of the day were streaks compared to the sparkling clean windows done in the early part of the day. This was disappointing. I wish we had a final inspection of all the windows before he left as I would have asked that some windows be redone. I would use Eddy and Top Cleaning Services again but would ask that we do a final inspection to make sure all the windows sparkled.

I haven't had the work done yet - it will be done this weekend - but in the meantime Edy has been very professional and responsive in contacting me, scheduling and keeping the appointment for a price, and scheduling me for the work according to my needs. Also, he gave me 2 names to call for references and they were both excellent references. So far so good!

They were wonderful! My windows sparkle and they spent so much time making sure the job was done right! I have very difficult windows to clean (original to the house built in 1936) and they spent an incredible amount of time on each window. I really could not be happier and the price was fantastic. They are really a top notch business! I am going to spread the word and recommend them to all my friends!
