I hired Lorenzo to remove brick landscaping replace it with stamped concrete, the slab is very inconstant in thickness, looks terrible, it started cracking after 1 week, and, I was told that was because of the wind. They also cut down a couple of trees and left a big stump, and tried to burn it with gas, this company does NOT seem to know what they are doing so I fired them, this has been going on for over 4 weeks and I was told this was a 2-week job. Home Advisor is not going to help me, other than posting this complaint. It seems that they are only here to collect $$ from contractors, that are not capable of doing work they claim to do, and, do not really care about the customer. Please be aware, before you use any of their contractors. I would recommend going through the BBB, to be safe.

He showed up and did the job, It is a rental property. when he finished we asked for the tax ID for a tax credit and he got defensive and rude. Without providing that information.

Great experience working with Lorenzo and his crew. They are customer focused and they worked hard to make sure the final results met my expectations.

They were always on time and hard working. The brick work could be more level. He didn’t use a level when he set the brick but he did a good job eyeballing it. The rock wall repairs seem sound, but the finish could be blended better. Overall, I am happy with the work, it was good, but not great.

Lorenzo was a true pro, who knows his craft and did a great job. Very professional.

This is primarily a family operated business and Lorenzo is the gentleman in charge. i looked him up on home advisor and he contacted me immediately and came by within 15 minutes ir so. His price was more than fair for the large project I wanted. He simply binded the agreement with a handshake and didn't ask for any money upfront. He and his workers were here promptly at 7:00 am and did an amazing job and their quality of work and attention to details was awesome. A very courteous and professional group of workers. im very grateful and happy for all the work Lorenzo and his workers did for me. i will hire them again soon for other projects I'm planning ?

While I was still looking at their qualifications on Home Adviser, they called me on the phone. They were working on a job a few blocks away and came to my house within 15 minutes. They gave a fair estimate and said they could start tomorrow. The agreement involved a handshake with no money requested until the job was finished. The masonry work was completed the same day. The workmanship was excellent! This was a solar screen CMU wall. After the mortar dries, they will paint the wall.

Called for an estimate on repairing a rock wall. Appointment was for Monday, June 3, 2019 at 10:00 am. Mr. Cedillos arrived promptly at 10:00 am. The job was small enough to be scheduled for Monday afternoon. Job was completed at 2:20 pm. Very happy with Top Construction. Excellent service and very reasonable price. Will definitely call Top Construction in the future.

They did such a good job, I added additional work including installing artificial grass to my front yard. Looks great and I am very happy with this company. Cost was exactly as they quoted and reasonable for all the work they did.

Not to hire Top construction, I don t think he s ever worked in concrete stamping. Did not get what I asked poorly done.
