I recommend Top Contender very highly. Luis came as promised and will come back to respray if I encounter any problems. He is friendly, professional and very easy to work with. I intend to continue using Top Contender Pest Control in the future. He was a lot better than the last company I used.

Liar....cost me over $38,000 in water damage for not placing a washer hose back in it is place after setting a mouse trap behind the washer he moved. I paid a $500 deductible for my home insurance, my homeowner's insurance went up in cost. I Lived in a hotel for over 3 months (with my husband and 1yr old) while repairs of my kitchen and laundry room were completed. Headache of dealing with insurance, and contractors due to his mistake. Luis lied, said he did zero work in my home, only outside. But I had text messages and phone records to back my story up, so I recovered $250 (half of the deductible) 1-1.5 yr later. Do NOT recommend this person, beware. I called more than 3X to complain and report the incident but nothing was done. Again....beware.

I have hired Luis for the last couple of years. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. He sprayed for different kinds of bugs we had and came again when I saw some coming back. He is very professional and really knows his business and can talk at length on all kinds of pests whether bugs, rodents as well as the chemicals he uses to treat with etc... When you have questions he never rushes and actually takes time to explain his answers carefully and thoroughly. He goes above and beyond! He provides a warranty if the bugs come back and does honor it. Glad I found him and happy to be giving my work to local businesses.

Luis came quickly. He did an excellent job, caught the rodent in one visit and assured every possible entry into the home was shut. He assured follow up checks as well. I recommend Luis highly. For anyone living with pests such as these, you can count on Luis. We were blessed!

Luis did and excellent job rat proving my home. Even though it was raining he came out and fixed the problem. I like that he will come back to make sure they're not around anymore.
