A little trouble scheduling the work, but came in and did a first rate job replacing two toilets and anchoring them properly. Took Rusty and two helpers about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Reasonable price $300 with addition of new anchoring rings and replacing one supply line.

They were professional and completed the project the next day, which was sooner than any other contractors could get out for the initial call. When we had smell coming from the hot water, he got back to us and said it was probably nothing, but came out about a week later to flush the tank with bleach. It took a while to run that through the pipes, but everything is fine now. I would recommend this contractor, and would use him again.

Had given me an estimate when I first contacted him. When he came to the house for the repair, said it would take less time than estimated and charged me less! I really appreciated his honesty. Will probably have him back out for another minor repair an have already referred him to another friend.

The service was on time, installation was timely, the hole into my Hardiboard siding was sloppy though-pieces were broken off rather than sawed, he does not take credit cards at this time but is working on a solution, he was flexible with my payment of part cash & part credit (I purchased the water heater on my credit card). He was friendly but did not dawdle. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use him again & recommend Topdawg to others.

Response to request was timely, plus did not charge extra to come back to replace cartridges in new faucets after it was discovered the cartridges were leaking. Good job.

Rusty the owner was here the 1st day to give us a bid and set up to start the job. His rate for replacing the main gas pipe from our meter to our house was very good. We had 2 other bids that were 25% to 75% higher than Top Dawg bid. So our saving was excellent over the two other companys. The work preformed was done very well and done in 2 days. Even when the weather dropped below freezing they were still here to get the job done. When our hot water heater would not start Rusty went above and beyond to get it working for us. He had to spend an additional hour working on it & put new part but did not charge us more. I would use them again.

Rusty and his crew are awesome! He's the most fair and honest plumbing professional I've ever dealt with. Best of all, unlike many of the "chain" companies, he knows what he's doing!
