"The customer called my technicians personal phone number not his work number and he questioned the customer as to how they got his personal number, he then advised the customer that we would return to their home and fix the problem that they were having, he was out of the office and would call her when we get in. Later that day the customer was called so we could make an appointment, she said that she has already hired someone else to repair the problem and did not afford us the opportunity to address the problem."
