I used Top Dog Electric on two occasions with no problem. On the last visit they installed new LED light kits in the family room and office. During that visit they went into my attic which is above the master bedroom closet to see if they could additional lighting. I was told no because of the trusses which I understood. In addition they sold me a whole house surge protector which they installed. Three days after the work was completed I started having problems. Every time I turned on the in the master bedroom closet it blinked and short circuited all the bathroom lights and bedroom lights. We turned off everything and unplugged everything in those rooms. Flipped the fuse and the lights came back on. As soon as I turn on the master bedroom closet switch which is just below where they had entered the attic the same thing occurred. I don't believe in coincidences. I called them and got the answer machine. I then called the mobile number and the person said the office will call me back with the first available appointment. The person who answered the phone wanted to know how I got that number and was not happy that I had it. I am disappointed. They had no problem charging me for the work done on two occasions but as soon as a problem arises they are not responsive. Still waiting for a call back however moving on to another vendor.

The customer called my technicians personal phone number not his work number and he questioned the customer as to how they got his personal number, he then advised the customer that we would return to their home and fix the problem that they were having, he was out of the office and would call her when we get in. Later that day the customer was called so we could make an appointment, she said that she has already hired someone else to repair the problem and did not afford us the opportunity to address the problem.

This company gave me an estimate of $150 less than the other companies I got estimates from. Jason was courteous, experienced, answering all my questions, gave me suggestions and checked other problems I had that was not on the estimate and replaced a switch plate at no charge..
