We have been fighting roofing issues for years. The roofer was a guy I liked but he just couldn't stop the leaks from our almost flat deck roof. We decided to get quotes from other roofers and ended up with four bids for a total roof replacement....it all needed replacing. Luke Mitchell was the low bidder by a small amount; however from a business perspective, he surpassed the other bidders. My wife is an engineer and she understands houses and construction. As she asks questions, most contractors look at me when they answer.....not Luke. He was respectful and engaging. He recommended a zinc strip on the north roof and also a roof vent, which has made our second floor much cooler this summer. Luke's installation team, men and women, not only worked hard but enjoyed themselves as they worked. Stripping the old roof, installing a substantial amount of new sheeting and installing the new roof was done in one day. Our yard was spotless when the crew left. I recommend this company for your most favorable consideration.

Overall just an average installation. The gutter installer was a subcontractor to Top Dog Home Pro, LLC. There wasn't anybody from Top Dog Home Pro, LLC. during the installation to make sure it was installed correctly, and looked nice.

As a home owner who doesn't make any repairs himself and frequently uses contractors, Top Dog Home Pro has been among the best contractors I have used. When it comes to home repairs, it's usually pick two out of three: affordability, quality work, availability. Top Dog Home Pro actually meets all 3. My co-worker referred me, and I actually had one other I had in mind from another co-worker reference, but Top Dog wins it out by the service they provide and the attention to detail. They offered the most comprehensive package at the best price. I couldn't be happier with the new roof I received, and the dealings I had with Top Dog Home Pro. Note that I have a large roof, but they got over 9 people to come work on my roof and got it done in a day. This is much better than a roofer who comes with just one other, and does a rush job. 5 stars all around, I'd give 6 if I could.

I called Top Dog based on a referral from the people at The Roof Center. I had an existing skylight that was cracked and needed total replacement. Dave came out and gave me a fair estimate and returned the next day to do install of the new skylight and the removal of the old. He did a good job and worked efficiently and neatly. I'd be happy to hire him again in the future.

He installed the product exactly according to schedule and left me a nice note saying how much he appreciated having my business. In summary, I found this company to be very professional in its dealings with me, and the product installed is of first-class quality. Clean cut and professional, printed a cost estimate and scheduled on the spot. Finished another job early and came to complete mine days ahead of schedule! I hire a different company and they didn't clean the third story gutters but Top Dog solved it all!
