This was a total joke. Showed up when they felt like it. Clogged my sink with the grout they poured in it. I asked Victor to have the men clean up and was told that it was my job to ask them. After payment in full, he would never return any calls. Total waste of money and would never use them again. Paint on my hardwoods. Drank beer from my refrigerator without permission. Tools missing from my garage.

Did great work and easy to talk to

This was the best renovation project experience ever. Victor reviewed what I wanted to do with my bathroom, Melissa came up with some great ideas and suggested materials and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. The crew leveled and rebuilt the floor, installed the 72 tub, and Carlos worked his magic tiling the walls and floor. I couldn t be happier with the work and the results. Would hire TopDown again in a heartbeat.

Victor Berry and his crew led by Kevin just completed our renovation of our existing 2 level deck and pergola. And it is spectacular! Composite and PVC material used throughout. Victor was very thorough when providing his initial cost estimate. A complete list of materials and costs were provided which included everything needed to complete the job. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. The project started on time and ran just a few days late due to no fault of Victors. RAIN RAIN RAIN!!! Even with all of the rain the team was onsite from early morning till dusk. The craftsmanship was exceptional. Check out the before and after pictures!! I highly recommend Top Down Remodeling to anyone who wants great results at a fair and reasonable price. I will use them again!

Very pleased working with Victor. It wasn't a big job, replacing a few strips of facia wrap, and I was happy that things were scheduled and handled promptly for a fair price.
