Contacted Seth, professional and kind. Next day, stump removal completed AND cleaned up by Raymond! Would definitely recommend this tree service.

We've hired Seth twice so far and are satisfied with his work. He's very nice, respectful and took the time to answer questions and make sure we knew exactly what he was going to do. He made sure we were ok with the plan of action before starting the job. So far he's taken down a handful of hazardous trees for us and we plan on hiring him for a few more. The team work really well together. Communication is lacking a bit, he's good a replying to us but not so much at contacting us to say when he's going to arrive. I highly recommend Seth and his crew, they are priced fairly and do really good work. They piled the logs nicely for us and respected our request for log length.

Got Seth's information from a local Facebook group. He came to town to do work after Helene. Was very friendly and communicative. Did great work, sent a written quote with exactly what we discussed, and didn't require payment until he was finished. Would use him again.

Do not use this company. We hired Seth Rittenberry because he said he could do an emergency tree removal. Days went by and no one came until all of sudden I see a truck and equipment in the yard. No one told me he was coming. I went to talk to him and he said he was there to cut the trees. He said the price did not include haul away which was odd because another company included haul away in their quote for the same price. He depended on the county to do his haul away for him. I said can I have in writing if the county doesn't come that he will haul it away. He gave me a text message to state he could. The tree cutting was OK. The county had to spend hours cleaning his mess. Also, I found from another person that used him that he cleared her stumps. He never cleared our stumps. I should have known something was up as he was quick to cash the check before he left town. I tried calling and texting him, but he never responded.

We were told about Seth by my sister. Who was affected by Hurricane Helene. We had several Massive tree that feel and they need to be removed and cut up. One massive Tree feel on multiple vehicles and the front of our garage. Seth and his team were able to lift the tree and cut it into pieces and then moved them for pick up by the city. He was fair priced. And worked real hard to get everything done. Regardless of the other reviews my experience with Seth was 5 stars. On a side note Seth was in NC to assist with the disaster relief efforts and a lot of the work he did he did for free people who were in dire straights. Not only was his work ethic on point but so was his heart! I highly recommend him!

Seth Rittenberry is dishonest and a thief. I paid him and he disappeared and never completed the job he was hired to do. He tried to extort additional money for me for what he was already paid for. Please do not do business with him. He left my yard in terrible shape. Didn't remove stumps as he said he would do. He said he would return to grind them.down and I've not heard or seen him since. He will not answer my calls or text. He will lead you on and never show up. Be careful.

Hired them to cut trees and debris due to a storm. they responded quickly & were very friendly & willing to negotiate on price. Will be using them again in the future & recommend these guys to anyone looking for tree service work.

Made the mistake of paying in advance for him to finish a job. He took our money and never came back leaving a pile of trees in the front yard. I had to hire another crew to finish the job. Use another tree service.

Dishonest, untimely, unethical, and poor communication. I hired Seth to fall multiple trees & remove debris. The job was left unfinished and after 3 months of excuse after excuse I had to hire another company to finish cutting and haul off the debris previously left by Seth. To make matters worse, my neighbor also paid Seth to fall & remove a tree from their yard and that job was also left incomplete. I would not recommend using this service to anyone.
