This person Tevita Duituturaga came into my house did some of the work and left the remains on the floor and never cleaned up after himself. He states after the project was done he was going to clean up? While my bedroom stays a mess? That is no professional. He had dropped a 5 gallon bottle of water. Before I accuse him I took the bottle outside filled it up with water turned it on its side and there are no leaks? So, May be he didn't realize that he knocked the 5 gallon bottle over. But! The cap was put back on? That to me is pretty shady. All he had to do was tell me? I told him before putting in the AC in the bedroom tell me that we can move the bed? I never realize that he was working on top of my bed? Until I seen water all over the floor and a towel on top of the bed with that he caught the dirt. After he left. I thought that he was going to the project in one day? He tells me that he can not make it one day he has to see his son play soccer? I understand his son is important. But! Not to finish the job that day. I hire another electrician that will finish up his work. Besides, He had said $800 for the the job including the electric installed. I over paid him by $100.00. Believe me he is no professional. He works full time and he wants to come in at 4:00 PM to work until it gets dark? I am telling you about this person-have it in writing when he will finish the job. Watch him carefully if you do hire him.

"The project was strictly done out of sequence with the request of the owner due to his health issues and living conditions as a consideration. We continued to make provisions and and remained patient to address all his requests and it is unfortunate that we have been rated to fabricate our own demise. He was prompt , efficient and very neat about the work he did. No mess to clean up after. Best of all he completed everything in a very timely manner for less than what he quoted me over the phone. Polite and professional!

Tevita was vey punctual. He has completed our requests professionally. He has replaced our recalled heating element for our water heater satisfactorily. He has also troubleshot our non working overhead light and replaced our defective switch professionally. We are very happy and satisfied. He also came back to check if there was hot water and there was. Received a well written invoice on the work done and enclosed our payment in an envelope. Mahalo Tevita for your quality services. Tevita was very punctual, he always called or texted to keep me informed of when he would be arriving or when he would be able to call me back! That NEVER happens! He arrived the same day to look at the "job", I received an estimate that evening, as promised, and he returned ON TIME the next day to install my fixtures and finish the work. His prices are more than reasonable and he is respectful of your home and needs! I would recommend him to ANYONE with electrical needs and I do plan to hire him again in the future! It is so rare to find any repairmen or handymen that deliver this level of service while being punctual and respectful for these prices!!! Thank you Tevita at Top Electrical!!

The response from Top Electrical Systems to my query was fast and I was able to set an appointment quickly. The service was very professional and Tevita Duituturaga explained what he was doing at every step. I had two outdoor light fixtures and 4 smoke alarms installed and the price was very fair. I will use Top Electrical Systems again, and I highly recommend them.
