Excellence Construction completed a couple of smaller jobs for me, the installation of a gas line and stove, a new tile floor and a backyard deck with some custom features. Each project has been priced fairly and the work has exceeded my expectations. Team are vary professional, on time and do quality work. I highly recommend them and will use them again for any future projects.

Liyah is a scam artist and a fraud. Alot of the work had to be done by a 2nd contractor.

On my $60,000 garage conversion project in San Jose, Excellence Construction has agreed to complete the project in 3 to 4 months. 8 months have gone by, not only is the project nowhere near completion, it has become increasingly impossible to get any timely response for updates and plans on how to move the project forward. The communications with Excellence Construction has been especially poor from the onset. There are 2 project managers but simple questions and requests for status to the project manager(s) are often left unanswered for days, some times even weeks. As a client, I have raised my concerns multiple times to management. Apologies were made; things improve for 1-2 weeks, only to deteriorate again. After paying tens of thousands of dollars to Excellence Construction and having the project seemingly completely stuck without a clear explanation on how to move forward, I have no choice but to share my experience with others. I have also filed a complaint with the California State License Board. Given how brazenly bad Excellence Construction has been in handling this project, I am curious if any others have had a similar experience. Please send me a message or post a review if you have had a similar experience with Excellence Construction. Update: Others have reached out after I filed the complaint, it looks like I am not the only one that has been dealing with serious issues with Excellence Construction. I have also gotten a suspicious review activity warning from indicating that Excellence Construction has participated in a deceptive review ring. Buyer beware!

They are very professional, very prompt and friendly. They were great with explaining everything and gave us great guidance throughout the project!
