The roof leaked worse than it did before the "repair" as there was no visible damage on the interior of my house. After the first repair we had a heavy rain and a large water stain appeared on my ceiling. They did come back out and try to fix it again and after this repair water was coming out from under the base boards. They offer to come back out to work on it again but kept delaying coming back out. We had more heavy rain in the forecast so I decided not to wait and get someone else to fix it, incurring even more cost.

I had to clean up after them, they over charged, waited until the last day to do all the work and it wasn't done well and not all the work was even completed.

Hard workers

Shaun and Ben did a terrible paint job in my home. They assured me it would be a one day job, it ended up being 2 days. They used interior paint on an outside door, painting without prepping the door first (cleaning, masking glass and hardware) until we called them on it). They used semi-gloss paint in dining room and bedroom where flat latex was needed. They painted right over all outlets, switch-plates, a/c ceiling registers and air-return registers and never masked anything. One drop cloth was used while 3 men were painting in 2 rooms. One entire area under a window in the bedroom was not painted. Paint spattered and dribbles everywhere on floors and on furniture. After painting a water spot on the ceiling in the bedroom 3 times and the stain kept bleeding through, we suggested they should use Killz. They sprayed Killz on the water spot but did not cover anything near-by. Flat screen tv, dresser and stereo speaker ended up covered from over-spray. They admitted they made mistakes and were sloppy and they offered a near 50% refund of the money paid to them on the condition I sign a statement stating I would not leave any negative feed-back or admit they were ever in my home.

In the end, the gutter hanging was worth 5 stars, however I had to get them back three times. They were very polite, respectful and willing to make it right, but I would have rather had the quality of work I ended up with on their first visit. Then they would have gotten 5 stars across the board.

We actually needed a roof ridge vent installed. Both men were professional, courteous, got right to work, and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely would call on them again if needed.

Got a call back quickly. Gave me a estimate for leaking roof and rotting decking repairs same day. They were able to do the job the next day. Professional, efficient , did a nice clean job. kept me informed/updated of the job progress start to finish. I'm very appreciative that they were able to get it repaired so promptly.

Same day service but a little pricey at $250 for 2 guys for 45 minutes work. The work and attitude was good though.

I actually had some roof work done plus gutters! Cost more than anticipated but the men were courteous, informed, did super job!

They were not prompt, they did not do what they said they were going to do. They were on my roof for less than an hour. They were very interested in getting paid in cash. When I said I need to write ya'll a check, they agreed only when I told them the bank was close by. They cashed the check immediately and when the first good rain came along the leak from the roof was worse. We contacted them about the leak and were told by Shaun Dotson that we would be charged a hundred dollars to come to our house due to the fact that we lived in West Mobile. I saw a ridge shingle they had put only one nail in and it was sticking straight up less than a week after their visit. These two young men told me they wanted to help and we were told that if we had a leak after they left they would be glad to look at it. We were never told that it would be an additional hundred dollars. Be wary of these two men. It costs me $300 dollars for less than an hours worth of so called work and I did not see any evidence of new shingles in the requested roof leak area.

Very timely

The 2 roofers at Top Flight was the the best. They did what they say they would. They had to come behind a shady roofing company (ASAP) . I am a disabled veteran will limited funds and these guys work with me to get my leaking roof fixed properly Plus the guys put my heating roof vent cap on at not charge!

Prompt, courteous, and professional. Took pictures, diagnosed the problem, and explained how the problem would be corrected. Provided an estimate that was reasonable. Performed the work thoroughly to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.
