Sanded over some wires in the floor which has caused problems. Broke an antique mirror in the moving process, but par for the course. Good job on the refinishing.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
There were 2 parts to the job: wood flooring and carpentry. The carpenty piece never got done and I canceled the job after a week of excuses. The flooring was an A+ job, but it began 2 days later than we agreed. I was told there was a family emergency that prevented them from showing up on time, but they didn't call me to tell me there was a problem, I tracked them down.

Top notch customer service and excellent workmanship. They outlined a clear, accurate cost estimate for refinishing my hardwood floors and even discussed areas that might cause additional charges. Fortunately, there were none. I would highly recommend Top Floor Master.

The job slightly changed scope when a section to be refinished had to be replaced due to pet urine stains. I am extremely pleased with the overall results although some delays were inevitable since additional oak flooring had to be located and installed.

I wasnt sure if anyone would be interested in such a small project as mine, but Top Floor Masters not only provided their complete attention, but made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Very professional and very courteous. Would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to others!
