I hired Spencer to pour a driveway last November and I had cracks showing up and he fixed them in July, but not fix the drainage properly and now the water is draining on my front porch, I have given him every opportunity to repair the drainage, I was told 2-3 times he would take care of it and has not, not only did I pay for a driveway that is not draining properly, I also had to pay an additional $2459.00 to have another drain field added

I got in contact with Home Advisor for a concrete pad for a lifetime shed to be built on project. Spencer ( Top Grade Excavating Company, LLC) call me asap, the next day the pad was formed, then day following the concrete was poured. Spencer was curteous, respectful and professional. I also, highly recommend Spencer for any kind of concrete work, he gets the project done in a timely manner. I rate Spencer a Five Star rating.
