They’ve been fertilizing our lawn for 2 years. The grass looks great and never a problem. You can see the difference with fewer weeds compared to the neighbors.

On March 28 Top Lawn performed service on my property, I called them on April 1, and gave then my credit card number for payment for the service. My credit card was charged on 4/1, and then again on 4/2 for the same amount. I called the office and talked to Kate, who asked me again for the credit card number to issue a refund. Instead, within the next two days, my card was charged five more times for the service amount (seven charges in total). When I called the office on 4/12, Amelia took my information and promised to call me back. She called later in the day and said that Top Lawn has no information and no records of their billings, and I need to take it with my credit card company. I had to spend an hour with the credit card in order to strengthen everything. It looks like credit card numbers are readily available to employees, who can make charges without registering them. Or even worse, they charge for the same service twice hoping that it will not be noticed.

The machine causes more damage than it does good. Weed killer is all over the machine and anything it touches it kills. Killed my redbuds and damaged many other plants.
