I paid Griffin in full to install brick pavers he never finished the job .

Great job!

Very professional and the quality met my expectations. The only thing I could say that wasn t a 5 was the fact that I have quite a bit of small rocks left in my grass that I am left to clean up. I would recommend TopLine to anyone considering having pavers installed. The area behind my pool looks great.

Griffin was very easy to work with

My husband and I purchased a new home in January 2019. We spent the spring trying to find a landscaper to install a sprinkler system and correct some drainage issues. As the hot temperatures of summer took hold, the grass began to suffer. Through a recommendation from Amazing Grass we were given contact information for Griffin Thomas of TopLine Lawn Care & Landscaping. Griffin came by to look at the job and take measurements. He quickly provided a reasonable quote and worked us into his schedule as soon as possible. He and his staff worked long hours in very hot weather to finish the job. They installed the sprinkler system, a drainage system from our gutters, and spread riprap for other drainage problems in our yard. They also demoed a concrete walkway and replaced it with stone pavers that match the rock siding on our house. Griffin told us up front he was â a man of his wordâ and has proven that by addressing several minor issues. He frequently visits the work site and often works alongside his crew. He communicates well regarding project scheduling and updates, and respond to phone calls and texts quickly. TopLine provides all kinds of landscape services. They have been caring for our lawn since installing the sprinkler system. Our lawn guys, Eli and Jarod, are courteous and come on the same day each week. They cut grass, edge the lawn and blow debris off porches and deck. Pine straw is provided twice a year as part of our service. Thanks again, TopLine, for your hard work and exceptional service.

The owner, Griffin, means well and I believe was sincere about trying to do a very good job. His workers, particularly Connor, were hard-working individuals. My large lawn project (sprinkler system, 6,000sq ft of sod, tree trimming, in ground drainage pipes etc) over whelmed Griffin and team. The sprinkler system and in-ground drainage installation was poorly executed in all aspects, and remains inadequate even after repeated calls to the owner of Top Line. The primary requirement I gave to installers was that my lawn MUST have a professional and smooth grade...The grass is beautiful, but that?s not a function of the installation, it?s a function of the grower. The grade is terrible, and we will have to do a lot of work with sand and leveling in the spring. still no follow up!

Sprinkler system never worked properly. Nice guys but need more experience at installation.Positives? Promptly started installation work. Hard workers.

He and his worker came, worked quickly and got the trimming done. Some had to be done by hand and others with an electric trimmer. When finished they cleaned everything up. I will definitely use them again.

The help he left here were like children playing and talking. And at the last the boss defended them by telling me they had worked so hard. I have some pictures of how hard they were working. That man has a lot to learn.
