The cleaner was excellent but she spoke no English and this caused time delays. Had to spend much time showing her what to do. She also works slow and was unable to finish the job in the time I allotted.

These ladies did an excellent job they were punctual and left when the job was completely finished i will be rehiring them and i would recommend them

I got a great service performed to my carpets and couch by Top Mop. After the cleaners were done I could finally tell the original color of my carpets :-) Fantastic job.

They didn't really speak English, which I thought would be a problem, but it wasn't. They were excellent workers and communication wasn't really a problem.

Top Mop will be coming out to clean on Sunday!

Fantastic deep clean.

I booked this "move in" cleaning on very short notice and Ana was incredibly accommodating and was in constant communication with me. They did a great job and cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom. I would highly recommend them.

They did fantastic work with a very difficult one-time cleaning job. Only issue was that they spoke so little English that even simple communication about specific details of what we needed done was impossible. Had to call supervisor who would then translate what I wanted. The cleaners were professional, organized and thorough. We were very happy with their work and would use again.

Excellent service and had a wonderful experience.

Very accommodating. Thorough. Very professional. There was time i'd forget to leave her a key, she's come back at a later time and still do the work.
