Top Notch

Work performed was substandard, defective, and incomplete. The job done was very poor and sloppy. Mr. Torres said he would come back to redo and finish himself on Saturday, Oct. 17 . Despite having called him and talked to him that Saturday, during which he stated he would call and come by later on, and additional calls and text messages on Monday, Oct. 19, he had not responded. Causing us limitations on using our bathrooms for shower. I have pictures on my phone of the sloppy, defective, unprofessional work done. Not looking for reimbursement but for proper and professional completion of work. I would also like this work completed as was originally requested to him ASAP. We already waited more than a week for a simple job. Person that performed work did not even proper tools. Ex: He was mixing grout with water in half of a water bottle, mixing it with a teaspoon, and inserting the wet spoon for more grout into the container of the grout, risking our grout becoming hardened like concrete. Really unprofessional, and Mr Torres had no supervision of this.

Very professional and answered all my questions and concerns.

Ray did a good job cleaning my patios. I am very satisfied.

Ray is very efficient and good at his work. Also very fairly priced.

Came out within 2 hours of contacting them and unclogged my kitchen drain at a reasonable price. I had another contractor come out that wanted to charge me more than double. Definitely will use them again.
