Bryan and his crew get the job done right and stand by their work. Please don't take your chances with other appliance service providers like I did at first. What a great experience!!!!!! Michael was my tech and he was very nice and very knowledgeable about my LG washer. I had tried to fix it myself earlier in the week but with no avail, so I called Top Notch at 10:45am Wednesday and Jennifer asked if 11am-1pm was a good time for the tech to come out and I was like, do you mean tomorrow or Friday? She said no, today. WOW, now that is great service. Michael was at my home within an hour and a half or less and fixed my washer. The issue I was having was that during the spin cycle, the unit became unbalanced and so Michael looked around my washer and took the pulsator plate apart and replaced it with a new one right from his truck and my washer is not running smoothly without any issues. I would highly recommend Top Notch Appliance Repair & Service, thank you very much for arriving on time and being very professional. I will say one thing. I was taken back some on their labor charge of $219 because Michael was there a little less than an hour BUT i'm in real estate, so I understand and if $219 is what the market is charging, then that's that.

I can't say enough good things about the greiat service I received from Top Notch. They were prompt, professonal and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone, they live up to their name.

The work was done in a competent and professional manner, at reasonable prices. He also replaced a light socket in my microwave, as well as repairing a water leak from my refrigerator and cleaning dryer ducts. My only complaint is that the tech was not wearing a mask in this pandemic era, although I was wearing one and concerned about keeping my distance, since I am elderly. As long as the pandemic lasts, I will ask before committing to any household repair whether or not their techs will be wearing masks. If the answer is no, I will decline to use their services. Since I did not ask this time, I did not know that until the tech showed up. I will not make the same mistake again.

Brian arrived promptly as promised, was very professiional and solved the problem with the Samsung refrig ice maker completely as promied. Very satisfied.

Always impressed by Top Notchâ s expertise, professionalism and, with Covid-19, they were masked, gloved and respectful of keeping their distance. Used before, and they always go above and beyond, repairing the problem (motor) and fixing loose parts in the door , too. They even cleaned all the lint out of the dryer! Great job, Aaron!
