They removed a concrete patio, about 10x10 and built a covered deck 18x25 and replaced a single open patio door with true french doors, am very satisfied and have recommended them to several other homeowners already.

Top Notch Carpentry Services was hired to do some drywall repair and to scrape the popcorn off of the ceiling and make it slick. Th drywall repair was flawed due to the incorrect installation of the drywall. The area in question began to crack and was reported to the owner of Top Notch Carpentry he sent someone over to re-plaster the area but it did not help after a long period of not getting the repair done I had to hire another individual to trouble shoot the problem and found the there were no screws holding approx. a 1 foot section and that caused the ceiling to sag. The issue with the area has been fixed with no other issues. I would not recommend hiring this company.

Hired them to screen in my back patio. Very disappointed in the outcome. Paid $1800 for 2x4s, loose screens that were stapled in, warped doors with gaps that allowed bugs to get in (which defeats the whole purpose of a screened-in patio). Terrible work &; would not recommend.

Had some schedule adjustments but I was flexible. Work was accomplished and I'm very satisfied with the my carport roof and the price beat Lowe's. I highly recommend this company.
