Jason was a good communicator, and when he noted my gutters needed cleaning he offered to do that too for a very reasonable price. I had known they needed to be cleaned but just kept forgetting to deal with it. It was a relief to have that taken care of at last!

Jason was wonderful. He was on time to see what was needed. When he looked at my house to give me an estimate to repair damaged shingles and the fascia on the main roof and replace a smaller roof on the first level, he asked me if I wanted him to temporarily reattach the gutters which had been pulled loose in a wind storm by a tree that used to be too close to the house. WOW! Other estimators included replacement of the gutters. Jason said the gutters were fine and if I had him do the work, he would attach them with screws because the spikes work loose over time. Oh yeah, he also cleaned out the gutters while he was up there on the ladder!. His estimate was fair and reasonable, and I didn't delay in hiring him. Not only was his workmanship "top notch," but he went above and beyond as he took care of some things that he noticed that weren't included in the contract. I will be hiring Jason again in the near future to do a tear off and re-shingle of the main roof and the garage roof.

A few years back we had estimates with other companies and they would never return calls. Top Notch returned all phone calls and kept within time frame of scheduled job and costs. Glad I found them on Angie's list. Excellent work and would use them again.

Jason did a complete tear off of old roof & installed a standing seam metal roof. His attention to detail was impressive! He made sure any repairs were done before installing new roof. He answered any questions we had. Cleaned up every day. I do not hesitate to recommend him highly to anyone.

I hired Jason to do a complete tear off and reroof. I had three estimates and not only was Jason the best priced but after meeting him I was most comfortable with him doing the work. He was very professional, and his entire crew was very respectful. They did a great job cleaning up the job site each and every day. Also I was surprised at how quickly they were able to do the roof. First of all I was amazed how fast that Jason came right out to address my leak problem. I have been dealing with contractors all summer who either said they were coming and didn't show up or were booked for weeks and when they got to my house did not really invest the time and effort to get to the root of the problem. Jason took the time and is very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly. He figured out my leak was a siding and window flashing issue and not the roof. This is something none of the other contractors, or even the Insurance Adjustor could figure out from his inspection. He fixed the problem for now but I will be needing more work done. I will definitely be calling him back to do that work.
