Run the other way. This was one of the worst experinces I have ever had.. Lucas promised a no stress project and what i received was hell on wheels.-Years off my life is what this project has cost me. Lucas was rarly on the job site and when I explained my concerns and objections he was agrumentative and his languange was best described as salty.

Contractor is reliable, on time, does excellent work. cleans up the worksite every day. My work is not fully completed because an appliance I ordered was delivered damaged and had to be reordered. .

We have been doing renovation in our home for three years. The other two contractor were nothing but grief. Top Notch construction was just great. He was an angle for heaven for me. He was very conscientious, any problem with the work, he would figure out how to make things right. I would ask about something, he would say, see what we can do to take care of that problem. He is great.
