The Tech saved us a bunch as the cause of our issue was related to the gutter cleaning service that sprayed our home exterior outlet to wash the muck they threw on it off. The outlet had Christmas lights on a timer plugged in so was exposed. Two weeks of issues were all related to that event. The tech checked everything and made sure all outlets were working and the exterior outlet safe to use for $50. service fee! Will absolutely hire them when we need help again.

Rich was very consistent. I had an electrical short but I didn't know exactly where. Rich kept hunting and testing and retesting until he found it. It took 2 1/2 hours and he installed 4 new outlets. the prices were reasonable and worth every cent! I've recommended him to several of my friends.
