Tyrone Brown (or Steve Brown) took money from as a downpayment and never showed up, I had to find someone else to do the work. As far as I am concerned he is a crook and people should really watch out for this guy

The workmanship of Top Notch Fence was anything but top notch. Their post spacing was inconsistent at best, I do not think they even used a tape measure. None of the gates were of the width specified. Overall the workmanship was sloppy.

Tyrone did a nice job on the fence he installed but in the process of putting one of the fence posts in, he severed an underground irrigation drain that siphons water away from our house. In and of itself, that he severed that drain is not a big deal but the manner in which he handled it is. He did not inform me that he had done it-- rather I found the pieces of the plastic irrigation drain in the garbage bin days after the job. Now I know why he wanted the check written out to himself rather than to his company- he said he wanted to cash it on the way home that day. Glad I found out before water started seeping into my basement again!

Excellent experience. These gentlemen were professional, on time and did very nice work. They also did an excellent job of cleaning and removing debris. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience.
