Mama Bear Residential Services, LLC

Shalette is a wonderful and professional house cleaner with a service minded attitude. She carries herself with excellence through the quality of her cleaning and her attention to detail in her bi-weekly cleaning of my residence. I never have to worry about reaching out to her business about my next cleaning service; she always takes the initiative and reaches out to the customer to confirm and verify your next cleaning date. They bring all of their own cleaning products so you donâ t need to worry about providing your own. You definitely feel taken care of when they come clean your house; I would highly recommend.

Company was very flexible with availability and provided me with a last minute squeeze in appointment. However, we paid for a deep clean and there were a few places that did not get touched (refrigerator, baseboards, cabinets, blinds)

They are very professional and our home sparkles with cleanliness!

They did an excellent job. They came in and went right to work organizing the children’s bedrooms and deep cleaning with efficiency. They we’re friendly and worked well together. ??

They have helped me in a very difficult situation with a smile and friendliness beyond just professional duty. Having lost both my parents I was overwhelmed in where to start to packing up mementos from my cherished parents home from over 80 plus years. They do not need to be directed and watched or hand held over every little thing but if it is something I need to be more in depth and involved in they are patient and kind and helpful in understanding my needs and wants. I intend to continue my relationship with them hopefully for many years. Being a senior citizen there are just somethings that I need the physical abilities of someone to help with everyday tasks. Thank you Mama Bear & Co.

Professional and detail oriented great attitude, great price, great people. I will definitely Be hiring Mama Bear Reresidential Services again in the future. I think that all the 5 star ratings speak for themselves.

For my first service they did a deep cleaning. I was very impressed with their attention to details not only was the top surfaces of furniture dusted but also the legs and knickknacks on them. The bathrooms and kitchens were spotless. Before leaving they offer to go back and redo anything the customer is
