Top Notch Foundation Repair And Construction

WARNING! This company took our 50% deposit then to use a new term they 'ghosted' us. Saw them 2 times then nothing. We even sent a certified letter and it was returned as undeliverable. I am appalled they are on this website. We are now forced to take legal action. This has been a costly lesson for us.

Took my $2650 and did not finish the job when I complained about it, then refused to return my money. Now I cannot find them. I now know that they have changed names and addresses several times in the past. Their Austin address is a PO Box, so no help there. I have the whole texted conversation, with the last being from me telling them to finish the job or give me my money back. I have someone private looking into it. They remodeled our entire home every day foundation repair. We would highly recommend Top Notch excellent communication came in under budget and all the time. Great company to work with.

French drain installed. The work was sloppy and ineffective. They ran the drains uphill which defies physics. My house flooded two days after install. I was stood up 4 separate times when they said they would come repair. Offered 10 year warranty that owner said he would not honor because I made a complaint to Angieâ  s list. DO NOT TRUST this company. Charged $3000 and refuse to refund or repair.

We hired RJ last month to do waterproofing under my house and some plumbing work which was extra. He quickly tok my$3900 as a deposit and tried to do 1 week of work on the plumbing issue. He ripped up my front yard and never came back. I had to hire someone else to complete the plumbing issue. I gave him another chance to come back and complete the under house water barrier or return my deposit. As of today he has completely ghosted me and refuse to return my money.. I am force to seek legal action!

Top Notch resolved a flooding issue that was harming my foundation. They were professional, kept me informed throughout the process, completed the job in less than two days and delivered more than promised. I recommend them to anyone with drainage or foundation issues.

Robbie was incredibly knowledgeable, his team was friendly and efficient, and I look forward to having them do more work for us.

RJ came out and gave us a quote to fix our foundation. He is very knowledgeable explained everything to us to detail they did an excellent job. Clean up was amazing I would definitely recommend..
