Top Notch Garage Doors

I purchased a house where Top Notch Garage installed a garage door. The latch that attaches to the garage door had a hex screwed at the top and right causing undistributed load which ripped the latch off. I showed several examples of how it should have been done but Jasmine insisted they'v done it 10,000 times and this is how it's done despite the examples I showed. Lack of accountability and an absolute liability. 10/10 would STAY AWAY.

Michael fixed my door in February 2020, saving me many hundred of $$ from replacement cost. Quick turnaround, honest and personable tech, thorough and quality work. Was very satisfied and please with the relatively low cost.

Emerson knew what he was doing and did it quickly and efficiently. He even adjusted our garage door opener and greased the door and made sure it worked smoothly.

I had the best opener replaced as recommended by the technician. The garage opener stopped working just after 6 months. Bill was over $1100 and lasted 6 months. Warranty secures their expensive service job for the next 2 years since warranty would be voided if you call someone else to fix (this info was not disclosed before the job; technician only mentioned the duration of the warranties). Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

They were on time and did a good job. I wish they had worn face masks.

Very quick and fast service of high quality, but expensive. One of the garage rails was replaced by the company, and I provided replacement wheels and grease for lubrication. I had to pay $200 for what seemed like a 15 minute job.

Broken garage door torsion spring. I used the Home Advisor app to start the process of getting a repair, Top Notch and several other companies started calling & emailing but the Top Notch tech also literally showed up at my front door shortly after. Quickly got an estimate and decided to go ahead. Work was finished quickly and competently, the tech also gave the door a 'tune up' and repaired a loose wire on the obstacle sensor, no extra cost.

The job was expected. Competent worker. Good communicator. Courteous. Prompt performance. In short all was GOOD.
