There was rotting on my window sash. One of the wooden bars had to be replaced. It was difficult to find a company that would do this kind of work, and TopNotch did it. After the repair, there was still an issue; they came back and fixed it without extra charge. Rafael is an amazing professional, and Mayra was accessible and helpful. If I have a similar issue in the future, I will go back to them.

Top Notch was able to answer my questions before kicking off the work. They were able to do the repair work I needed next-day, when other quotes were for 10-14 days. Their on-site people were extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly and courteous. I have several other less-severe/critical window issues to address and I'll be contracting Top Notch Glass Repair for all of it.

They came out quickly to measure the window and had the new glass the next day. Rafael is the best. Very professional and knows what he is doing. I needed the window before an expected snow storm. Would recommend.

Do to an awful and ongoing situation with my current landlord (broken storm window due to weather related issues and water damage )that I was not able to resolve. Top notch glass I use for the first time November 13, 2021. The company address my concerns speedily and professionally. Rafael was professional and had great customer service. I will use again if needed and refer them at anytime.

I called at noon on Friday, and within an hour they had been here, measured and given me an estimate for the glass on my sliding door. By noon Saturday, they were done replacing the window.

Were efficient and quick with the replacement of a small window in an interior doo. Friendly and businesslike Came early to appointment. Would recommend them 100%.

When i contacted them they helped me that same day to get my windows replaced. The person that installed my windows was super friendly and professional. Difinitely going to be ready for the cold weather. The mirror was a plus i wasnâ t they customize them. That was exciting to save a trip and great quality.
