Beware- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. These guys are con artists and liars. They took my money 3 months in advance and did not show up on the date we agreed upon 3 months in advance. After a few days delay, they finally showed up only to make the matters worse. I hired them to install louver doors along with dry walls to cover my HVAC and water heater and also to install vinyl flooring. They installed louver doors upside down and the drywalls they installed are crooked. When asked them about the doors they said I ordered incorrect doors - why would they install them upside down if ordered incorrect doors instead of telling me about it??!! I contacted Menards where I got my doors from and They confirmed I have the correct doors. The vinyl flooring was installed with a lot of pieces popping up and even moving when stepping on them and they said it is a floating floor meaning it floats all the time !!?? After all this, they told me a sad story about a family member on a deathbed and requested for the remaining payment under the promise that they would come back and fix the damage they have done and also finish the remaining work. A week later on the day when they are supposed to come back - another tragedy hit them and they needed one more week. After a week passed, I contacted them and now they are not coming back anymore and I am left with a mess and loss of more than $5000. I called HomeAdvisor and they said this company has been terminated back in April 2021 due to other complaints but I hired them in March 2021 so I guess I was their last customer through Home advisor/Angis list. I am leaving this review just in case they ever make a come back in the future and I want people to read this review and learn from my experience.

James and his son were very helpful

They are very experienced in all areas of repairs. They are courteous and very clean, you don't have to clean up after them. They are my go to handymen.

James and his son were great and did fantastic work! They are trustworthy, kind and very hard working. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done and will absolutely hire them again.

Paid 3200 for one wall repair, the other side covered up with wood, drain plugged on outside exit of the basement, and gutter manipulation at a house in Elyria. Worker going to reroute gutter for free if I signed **today**. That was the problem identified. The contract also included grading of dirt to the back yard. I had to give 50% down in order to book a job more than a month out. On day one, the vendor called with a change in staff due to injury. That person ended up doing the **rest** of the work. He worked in the dark due to his day job. Area aside of wall was not graded per contract. Reroute entire gutter not done because of the quality of overall work at that point. When I got up on a ladder to see in the gutter, they were JAMMED with sludge. No wonder! The company never thought to **check**. They **fixed** existing gutter with an added corrugated plastic pipe that now sends rain to the back yard from the gutter now, away from the house. It works after their two adjustments and my cleaning, not counting my own alteration to the gutter **system** they arranged. It still looks like nothing is graded on the side of the wall that was built and after the second visit, I was encouraged to give the owner **another chance** to fix because he had had some **problems**. I was also told I would receive credit for some of which I had already paid and it would likely be around 2500 more. I was due an emailed estimate with work to be completed for December to see what would be done, but have yet to receive. I do not think this company is reputable according to guidelines. I feel like what was agreed upon initially was NOT DONE TO MY SATISFACTION and excuses were used to defer work and encourage more money. I feel deceived by this company. It has been a few weeks now and I am waiting for the written itemized estimate. Still no contact about ANYTHING. This company does NOT deliver and does NOT stand by its quality. But they made out on my money because I signed and paid for what they **promised** but did not deliver.

Did not clean up, both doors they installed did not line up creating airflow.

My experience with James was very positive overall.

He did not repair my floor. He only did a temporary job. He did not right a detailed contract for what he was going to do.

We hired this company. They did not show for the date set. There was no phone call or follow up. My husband called the number and the individual who answered sounded like he was asleep. We were happy with this company. We did not reschedule do to first impressions. Very unhappy with this company.

They were honest and up front about pricing. We were able to purchase product for the job and have them install Pleased with communication with employee. Kept us informed regarding scheduling, while working on site and on follow up. Already referred this company to a co-worker.

James was on time and tried to do what was required, but he was not able to find the water shut off valve or the 3 covers for the outside vents for my 24-year-old mobile home. He did replace the water spigot and improvised for the covers, the service price was higher than I believe should be.
