Charles is a talented, professional. Whatever project he did for us, it was always A+. He has remodeled bathrooms, fixed leaks, insulation, replaced windows, and constructed basement doors. Firstly, no one can beat his price. And at the same time delivers with best quality. Second, He is master of all. There is no work you need to engage multiple pros. He can take care of it all(Insulation, Electrical, Flooring, Painting, Heating, etc). I was initially planning for fibre-glass and he recommended for Blown-in with far better R-Value. He understands the town codes and standards thoroughly. Third, He is very sensible to our expectations, He sets the expectations straight in the very beginning and delivers what is committed. His customer service is really promising, some times he takes the financial hit to make sure customer is happy. I do not think we will find anyone who will go to that extent. Fourth, With all the above you do not need to compromise on quality of work, this is where I could see how experience counts, He surely knows how to get things done the best way. No doubt I will be engaging him for all my upcoming projects including my landscaping work and other rooms finishing work.

A proficient crew at Top Notch Solutions. Ideal for the work I needed done. From blown in insulation, to attic door barrier, windows and door replacement, to gutter installment amongst other things. These guys did it all. Weather strips and light bulbs. Everything I needed to keep my home energy efficient. My home stays warm now and it has put an ease on my bills. The house is old and was built in 1975, there was a lot of settling of the foundation, when Charles went in to install the doors he straightened it up so the new door fit in perfect airtight, swinging properly it was just perfect. I will continue to use Charles company for the rest of my life and his. He also put cabinets, windows toilets, siding, in this house.

I called several contractors and Charles was the first and only initial response. Thatâ s 1/2 the battle. Second, he showed up. We entered a contract and I could not have been more pleased and grateful. I recently bought a very old house and had no idea that I had no insulation in the walls and very little in the attic. My natural gas bill was $434.58 my first few weeks living here. Granted it was pretty cold in January and February, but that was insane. Iâ ve since received my next bill and the insulation has already started paying for itself. At least I donâ t have to dress like Iâ m outside in Alaska anymore. I highly recommend Charles and his professional team! I can finally start enjoying my new home without constantly being cold.

Charles and his crew did an awesome job. They were prompt and professional. They cleaned up and took the time to explain everything they did and why. Their knowledge of R values and how to properly insulate for best results is second to none. Top Notch installed both blown in insulation and rolled in insulation in my attic. Part of my attic had exposed floor joists. They build a walkway so I could easily access the unfinished portion of my attic. They offered advise and guidance for additional projects. They were flexible with my schedule and were able to squeeze me in so my other projects would not fall behind. Charles and his team sincerely have the customers best interest at heart and genuinely care about the quality of work they do. Excellent Service quality and a great value

The guys were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. They even went above and beyond to call to make sure i was still satisfied after about a week.

They did a very good job and very reasonable price. They were on time, prompt and quite professional. They explained it very clear and I am very satisfied.

Had the pleasure of meeting Charles Parker, his son Jr. and others of his team @ Top Notch Home Solution. Their expertise was needed for blow-in insulation, window replacement, front door replacement, and gutter installation amongst other minor weatherization services. The work was extensive and well worth it. It took them several days to get the job done but was completed in a timely manner. At the end of it all I was very pleased with the outcome. The crew was courteous the entire time and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't second guess requesting their services again or even referring. I give them 5 stars in my review for "Top Notch" labor, a moniker form fitting to their company.

Charles, his Son and the rest of the workers were very conscientious and courteous. They were very through, insuring all area's in my basement and kitchen attic were well insulated. My kitchen ceiling was patched and painted. All work was performed as written in the contract. The company performed the work on the scheduled dates. It went fine. He is a really nice guy. He and his son are great people. He is here on time. He has a fare price but the work that he does is excellent. He and his son had been in the business for some time. He knows what he is doing. He did a bunch of things. It was great talking to him. He and his son are great guys. I could trust them. They are super professional but not in a annoying way. You can talk to them like normal people which nice.
