Jeff did a great job in installing a new fireplace ledge which had an extensive crack. He voluntarily repainted the ledge to match the other two ledges and when the paint started to deteriorate in some spots, he returned to repaint it until the painting was satisfactory. I also had Jeff patch cracks in the family room foundation which he did very well. He kept his appointments and showed up on time.

Timely, quick turn around. Small job so they were great. Only reason ratings werent full 5 stars is just due to the size of the job. But would call them for anything bigger based on what they did for me.

Jeff was very reliable and professional. My patio was unusable. The cement grout had lifted causing the patio to become unsafe to walk. He fixed the grout, added a brick trim and finished with a gloss stain. The patio looks better than it did ten years ago. I highly recommend Top Notch Construction.

Jeff and his crew did an excellent job installing a small foundation, exending our chimney and building a cement pad for an air conditioning unit at an excellent price. We have subsequently hired Jeff to install a new front porch. We highly recommend Over the Top Masonry.
