Bob is a very honest man. He came to my house first time, told me the problem. I told him I need a second opinion, he was ok with it. Later on, I hired him, because his quote was better.

I RECEIVED A CALL IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUBMITTING MY REQUEST. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER & HE WAS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY TIME RESTRAINTS. THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME WITH NO DELAYS OR POSTPONEMENTS; AND COMMUNICATED CLEARLY AND QUICKLY WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. ONE GOOD THING ABOUT HAVING A FLAT FEE (NOT HOURLY RATE)IS KNOWING THE COST UP FRONT REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG IT TAKES. MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD OVERALL & WOULD CONTRACT THIS COMPANY AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.

The plumming still makes sound when the temperature is cold. Otherwise, the sound is not there. This is as per the tenant. I would like to fix this issue to its completion. If it is not too late, please let me know.
