This was my first time hiring top notch restoration and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others! Calling and making the appointment was super easy, Charles was great at calling me and keeping me updated on the location of his team and when theyâ d be arriving at my home. The guy that came to my home to clean the carpet was quick, efficient and nice. Carpet looks great!

Great service and extremely professional. The maintenance person was patient and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process. Showed before and after pictures. I was also extremely satisfied with the clean up after the completion of the job. I highly recommend this company. The service person provided suggestions for maintaining healthy air quality in addition to cleaning the ducts and vents which took several hours. Thanks for the great service!

From the beginning during quote process, till the job was fully completed, we had a great experience with TNR. Allen and Mike were courteous and professional, they explained us all the details before starting the work. They completed and cleaned everything even when it started snowing. I had a doubt whether the furnace area was cleaned properly or not. I called Charles, and without any hesitation, he sent Mike back to take care of anything that I was not happy with. I would highly recommend them.

They did a fine job cleaning our vents but left the house a little dusty. The cost was reasonable, but make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for before they start the work. Their website was a little confusing as far as what was included for the cost.
