The owner, Watson, is an incredibly hard worker, meticulous, and strives for quality and customer satisfaction. As is common with this type of job on an old house, he ran into several unexpected problems that needed a good bit more repair than originally thought. He explained them, had photos to show me, and we quickly agreed on additional charges. They were reasonable, and my sense was that, if pressed, he would have included them in his original price, but that would have been most unfair to him. I believe that I got a quality job at a reasonable price
