Project was originally quoted at a price we agreed on, twice during the service, the price and services were adjusted so we ended up spending twice as much as we had planned. A month later, the sprinkler system began leaking terribly right where they repaired and after speaking to them, we were stood up the day someone was supposed to come out and take a look at it. Paid twice as much as expected and right back to square one with our sprinklers. Would never hire them again!

Prompt response, very courteous repairmen. They knew what they were doing, however the pricing seemed a bit high.

Did a very nice job once they got here... They are very good, but very high priced. Too high.. If you don't mind overpaying , use them. They need to reduce those prices. And, they're overworked and over committed right now in high season, so you may have to bug them a few times to get the job done. Good folks but come on on the prices guys!

They were great but they didn't check the whole project before beginning work. We ended up paying more than originally estimated.

If you hire Top Notch, pray that nothing goes wrong or misses your expectations, because if you have a concern Dominic will to meet you with fighting gloves on (regardless of your tone). He is rigid, uncompromising and quick to blame you for signing his contract in the first place. He seems overly familiar with the term "buyer's remorse" � doubtless I�m not the only one experiencing this after receiving his services. He was also quite familiar with Service Magic�s escalation process. I won't bore readers with the issues I had (4 hours late, incomplete work, unequipped technicians, overpriced), but I urge you to look elsewhere.

Very responsive. Price was higher than quoted when service person arrived, but original price was honored. Fitting leaked after the service person departed, but they returned the following day and corrected.

They were quick to come to my home and give me a diagnosis and a cost. I like that the cost was based on the job...not how long it took to complete the job. The job was done within the next couple of days and the fix is still holding two months later. Overall, a great experience

Polite, professional, knowlegeable

After receiving the original cost estimate I had a friend review it. When I told them the estimate was way too high and that I was going to get another estimate, they agreed to a lower price -- almost HALF of the original estimate. They were courteous and thorough, but I was disappointed at their attempt at gouging on the cost.

The company called me within five minutes of submitting my request and were at my home the following day. They found the problem with my sprinkler system and it was repaired that day. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their proficiency. Hired them to close down the sprinkler system for the winter.
