They didn’t know what they were doing. He had me get them lunch, had me take him to the bathroom, when he had his truck there. Didn’t have the right tools for the job , borrowed tools from me. Job was not completed well, looked bad

Several serious problems occurred that have undermined our confidence in this landscaping firm in Sacramento: 1. The day after we signed the contract, the Rep told us he forgot to figure in a water source for the sprinklers/soaker. He wanted to up the price close to to $200. 2. We have a transformer box on the property to be landscaped. At our initial meeting, I asked about electricity provider requirements. The Rep said no problem. We checked to be sure: A partial fence we wanted was too close to the transformer and would have to be removed. We told Rep this. He agreed to shorten fence. However, when we met for final approval: the fence did not meet requirements and had to be partially removed before we would approve job. 3. We discovered when dirt was removed from the yards that no new water lines were used: The 40-year-old PVC was still in use. 4. The number/coverage of sprinklers was not increased as we requested. See comment #3. 5. The Sod was not tucked down at the edges or in the the lawn as we have done. Nor was it rolled to insure proper contact with dirt. 6. The sprinklers hit house and cars in driveway and had to be corrected. 7. No border was put around the bark to prevent it from hitting windows when edger is used. 8. All the old lawn, etc. was left in the garbage cans at the house and not hauled away. On the plus side: The timers are good quality.

These guys showed up early and ready to get the job done. They were polite, cleaned up the site beautifully after they were done and of course, did a great job on repairing my cinder block wall that fell down recently.

Quality work and excellent sod install. They gave me good instructions on care and maintenance of the newly installed sod.

Work was done timely. When I asked questions I received prompt reply with full explanation. When job was completed they tested everything to make sure all was operational. The workers were on time, knew what was to be done and got to work. Clean up as they went. Overall very satisfied with the work done and the professionalism of the employees who did the job.
