This rating is some what mixed. The guy that came out to do the repair was pleasant. He really didn't want to touch the plumbing when he found out how old it was. It took some prodding on my part, but he got the drain on one side of a double laundry tub clear. He didn't have the parts to complete the job, but he told me how to do it and it was easy for me to finish. They promised to come out and get the other side of the laundry tub working without charging another fee. They appear to care about service. They had the best price of all the services we contacted. No hidden charges. We would use them again.
