On 10-7-19 I hired Darren, the owner, to cut down a 4â tree stump and grind the stump out. He quoted me $250 and said he would remove the stump on Saturday October 12th. I called to confirm our appointment on Thursday, 10-10-19. He never returned my call and never showed up to remove the stump. I hired Andyâ s Tree Service, they showed up later today and did a fabulous job at half the price. I canâ t believe HomeAdvisor would allow Top Notch Tree Service to be a part of their team. Customer service is number one in todayâ s marketplace. Top Notch doesnâ t have their customerâ s in mind.

Trimmers were professional and work was excellent. All mess was cleaned up and mulch was put where requested. I would hire Top Notch again.

The work was thorough and performed very, very fast. 4 trees removed and stump grinding plus misc tree trimming. Cleaned up after themselves! They did have issues with communication, billing and accounts receivables.

I highly recommend this company. They were very quick, polite, and thorough in their clean up. Will use them again.

Exceptional tree care service! From start to finish we were impressed. We had a variety of 10 palms, and a Bauhinia (Hong Kong Orchid Tree) trimmed. Some of the palms are over 20ft tall. We also had a Eucalyptus tree, two palm trees, and a 25-year-old, huge 10ft.x3ft Ficus hedge removed. Darren and his crew are friendly, professional, conscientious, fast and efficient. Loved working with Darren and his lead man Jr. We have had our trees worked on numerous times in the last 10-years and no one has come close to the quality of work of Top-Notch!

From start to finish, Top Notch Tree Care is just what the name says: Top Notch. I received a call just minutes after placing my inquiry on Home Advisor and within hours Mike Charley was out on my property giving me an written estimate. The estimate clearly stated that they are licensed, insured, what services would be provided and a great price. We booked them and on the date agreed upon Top Notch Tree Care showed up on time and ready to go. Like a well-oiled machine, the team members immediately went to work on their assignments and in just a few hours they had twelve large dead Eucalyptus trees chopped down and chipped up, as well as ten large Mexican Fan Palms trimmed up nicely and the dead branches/fronds chipped up. I wanted the mulch from the Eucalyptus but not from the Palms and they were fine with that. They dumped the Eucalyptus chips where I requested and hauled off the Palm chips with no issue. Everyone on that team was polite, professional and fast. Words can't express how impressed and pleased I am with this company and its results. My property looks great. If I ever need any tree care in the future, this is the team I'm using.

Top Notch said they could do my job in 2 days and they "did!". I'm on 1 acre with 20+ trees (7 palms, 13 large oaks, pepper trees and others) and more bushes then you want to count. The crew worked tirelessly and in the end noticed a few missing sprinkler heads. They stayed to go through the entire yard and check EVERY SINGLE drip line and sprinkler with a smile! Highly recommend Top Notch Tree Care, Inc.

Hard to rate a company when you hire them and they dont show up. The first appointment was cancelled by them because they double booked then said they would be out the next day same time. But they cancelled that day because one of the tree climbers did not show up, they then said they would be out that same day at 4:30 and that they were very sorry for the 2 misses. But the funny thing they missed the third appointment as well and this time they did not call. All three appointment were made with Darren. If I could give them no stars I would. If 1 tree to trim and lace is to small a job for them they should have said so from the start - THAT I would have understood versus letting work know I would be late to work 2 days and have to leave early for the 3rd failed appointment.

They deserve this name! The best service with the best price! Left with very clean finish and I will highly recommend this company. Thanks Mike and Top Notch!
