The owner Chris was very helpful and I feel honest they did the work quickly and I was satisfied. I also asked him questions about other things in my property and he addressed them honestly and I will have them back to do my palm trimming a little bit later on in the season.

Took a big tree down and lost control of a large branch which hit my house. He asked me to get it repaired and then he would reimburse me. He did not want to go thru his insurance company. I had the work done very reasonably, and emailed him the invoice. He said he would send me a check to cover it, and then he asked for more time. Eventually he just stopped replying to me.

"The home was damaged due to a limb swinging into it but that is where truth of the comment ends. I was adamant about the homeowner going thru my insurance. He waited 2 months then called me telling me he paid out of pocket and I owed him $700. I told him i would reimburse him the cost of my deductible($500). That didn't work for him and communication was cut off after several threatening emails."
