Literally called 10+ other companys before this company because it was such a small job. The owner himself came out and physically walked the entire roof. He was the only one of the 9 other companys that physically went on the roof. The others just sat in their car and gave me a quote. Top Peak Roofing flashed around the chimney re flashed a pipe for us and patched the roof. They committed to what they said and I was really suprised. They could have pulled the flashing and just patched it and installed a new ridge vent and I wouldnt have known but they went in and did the job correctly even though it took longer and I wasnt charged for it. I wont have to worry if it leaks again because I know it was done right.
