One Time Interior House Cleaning

When they contacted me we set up initial appointment for a Thursday. They did not show at time requested. I called and the lady who answered said she overbooked and rescheduled the next day. They did show then next day though late and they did a great job. So I booked another date with them. While I had a lot of needs I was not asking them to do everything - just hit the highlights. When it came time for the next appointment she called to cancel as they had family sickness and stated she would try the next day. I have not heard anything from them since. Very disappointed as I was having family and friends over Saturday evening and had wanted to get some baking done. Instead I was doing the cleaning instead. I will NOT hire them again.
