I used Top Quality Construction for 3 bathroom remodeling in my home and they did great work. It wasn't cheap but I loved the final product and the guys who were here in my home for 6 weeks were professional and courteous and thorough and did great tile and detail work. I then decided to use Top Quality Construction for more remodeling which included travertine flooring and woodwork and lighting in five rooms and decking and outdoor lighting and garage repair and even painting the exterior. Again I could've gone with a cheaper contractor but i really like the crews and the fact that they worked every day and did the job well. I think the important thing is to communicate clearly and continue to be clear about what you expect and then there are no surprises. I love all the work they did for us and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Vill has done a great job of getting our project off the ground! We love our design, and can not wait to see the final product!! Would definitely recommend. These guys get it done.

Vill and his crew were great to work with on the full renovation of my kitchen and adjacent small office space. They worked hard to stay on schedule even given some unexpected conditions revealed during the demolition phase and even when a pipe was punctured by accident, worked quickly outside normal business hours to address the situation and fix any damages. Vill was very responsive to my MANY questions and concerns and offered thoughtful advice. Everyone was very professional and polite. I am really thrilled with my new space and I would hire them again.

Vill Santos was in charge of remodeling we made on our 2 family house. The second floor was totally redone and the final result is beyond our expectations! Our job consisted of painting several rooms and repairing and painting ceilings. We were very happy with the work. The person who did most of it was very skilled and careful. The prep work was excellent, and we appreciated the care with which that was done. We also appreciated the fact that they cleaned up each day. We also felt that we got excellent value for our money. We would use this company again for another project.

3 family porches torn down and rebuilt. Excellent job from beginning to end. Estimate was detailed, fairly priced and provided within 5 days. Quality workmanship and quality customer service was provided. It was not an easy job but Top Quality Remodeling handled it with no problem.
