I chose to work in this industry because I saw many contractors installing heating and cooling equipment who lacked the proper knowledge and professionalism to install it correctly. I knew I could do and be what this industry needs, so I began Top Quality in 1999, and have committed to hiring the best of the best. So many homes were being built during the housing boom, that unfortunately quantity took the place of quality. Most homeowners only think about the shiny things in the home they see everyday. They only think about the mechanical systems when there is a problem. The plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems are not only what makes your home comfortable and livable, but can also be dangerous if installed incorrectly. The company is fantastic! I had both full systems installed (condenser and furnace) after one of our units broke down. Jeremy came out to give me a quote and was extremely kind and professional. He made observations about changing some configurations in order to help with airflow and cleaner air. They worked us in early since they knew we were down a system in the heat. Two gentlemen worked diligently to get both systems done ahead of schedule! After the system was installed I had some things I wanted changed with airflow and someone came out the next day to address my concerns. Bethany in the office is extremely helpful and responsive as well! Great team and will use them now for our yearly maintenance too!

This company is "way too overpriced". They wanted to charge me $955 to install 2 overflow shut off valves on the secondary drain pain at the furnace. "This did NOT even include a new secondary drain pan!! To give even a clearer picture: the overflow shut off valves have an "average cost of $45 per".... so they wanted to charge me over $800 for labor ??? For a Grand Total of $955 !!!! My recommendation is: Do your research !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

They performed the spring A/C checkup. There were no issues. All is good.
