Fernando was extremely prompt, honest, and hardworking. A previous company measured our yard and said it was 90 ft in length and he remeasured it and double checked it was only 60 ft. He had the opportunity to overcharge us and we would be none the wiser, but he chose to treat us fairly and honestly instead. That shows he’s professional with integrity and character. He gave us an honest price and delivered in a timely manner, was kind, and provided excellent craftsmanship.

Fernando did a great job working with our budget and helping us feel comfortable with the work done. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We would definitely work with Trade Layer Construction again!

I went on Angi and put in a request, and like an hour later, Fernando with Top Rail Fence called me and set up a time to come and assess the fence the next day. Fernando was so friendly, understanding, and professional, worked around our insurance adjuster's schedule, and kept us updated and informed the whole way through. The crew came out and built our entire fence from scratch in one day, and they did a beautiful job for a good price. I wish everything was as easy as this fence job was!
