Friendly, accommodating and quick. We found out late that the fence we had would not pass inspection for our pool. Brian was quick to respond. He was able to install promptly so there was no delay in our pool project. We appreciated the installers cleaning up when they were finished.

We absolutely love our fence from Top Rail Cincinnati! We were referred by a friend and so happy we listened. Brian was a pleasure to work with, he was on time for our free quote, responded quickly to my many questions, and made the whole process easy. He worked with us on our budget, and took care of getting the permits needed. His crew was quick and efficient, and our fence was done by the time I was home from work! We can’t recommend Top Rail Cincinnati enough!

We had a 14 year old split rail falling apart and were desperate to find help quickly. Brian sent us a quote and got us on the schedule within a week. Had our old fence down and a beautiful new one put up in the same day. What a difference the new fence has made. Incredibly professional, delivered on time and easy to work with. Our neighbors commented on what a huge upgrade our new fence was. Highly recommend!

I love our fence. The estimate was free and lower than another company I had come out. He team was awesome and got it done in one day. Whenever I wanted to make any changes on the fence line— their team was able to effectively communicate and accommodate what we really wanted done in our back yard. We couldn’t be happier. The ground settled latter and the latch wasn’t as even as before and they quickly sent us out a guy to adjust it for us. Great company! The new fence in the photo is on the left side.

Brian was great very personable and honest. The guys that installed the fence were amazing! They installed it in one day, it is sturdy enough to contain our three dogs, and looks fantastic!
