My experience with top rank was The best experience I ever had with any construction work Iâ ve done at my property , Nick is very helpful,professional and hardsmart worker, the rebuild our front steps with 16 steps going up, now the new step looks so beautiful , they used very good materials on it, they clean up the job side and the rest of the driveway and city sidewalk , very happy with this pro and specially with Nick

Spent $8,100 to replace patio but there is a low spot that puddles when it rains and haven't been able to reach the to repair the work that was done since last November (2020)

Worked with Nick directly - he was friendly, responsive, gave a fair quote and stuck to it. The work - installing Belgian Brick curb - which he did for both my neighbor and me was spot on. Other neighbors saw these guys hard at work, and the quality of it, and were stopping by to get their information.

Amended: after just 4 months I see cracks and chips in the cement. Some cracks are over 4ft long. Once the snow melted the poor finishing was apparent with trowel lines raised up to a half inch, rough corners and junctions . This surrounds my pool area and my family will be barefoot, this is asking for split or broken toes, even lawsuits by visitors should they trip or be cut. I have tried repeatedly over weeks to get them to come back and remediate the mess with zero attention. There was a material cost increase from the initial quote to the finished project because they did not take their own measurements.

Nick was excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional, and polite! I appreciate that his response time was quick, with a quote the same day. Him and his partner performed the work in one day and did exactly what I wanted. They also made sure they cleaned up everything! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor and I will be hiring them again myself!

John and his crew were great, very nice, and did a wonderful job in replacing my sidewalk. They were very reasonable and they go out of their way to make you happy with their work. They are very knowledgeable and give you what you want plus more. They're not just in it for the money, they are honest, real and do what needs to be done! I highly recommend Top Rank best in town

Was awesome from start to finish! This job was ripping out the existing sidewalk and pouring a new one, same with the base of the driveway where it meets the road (was ripped up from years of the town snow ploughing) and some pothole repairs in the driveway. Came out quickly to give me an estimate - the price was very fair and it was clear they had done this type of thing many times before. Explained everything, was very friendly and helpful. Did all of the work on time, and did a GREAT job - especially the attention to details. Coordinated the permit and the inspection with the town - could not be happier that I found Top Rank!
